Dear Editor, I have just read with horror that the taxman closes one Scottish business a day. In my view that is 365 days too many. The taxman needs to get their priorities right and help businesses to continue in these difficult times.

Dear Editor, Are we heading for £2 a litre, for our petrol? Every week, at the garage, the petrol increases by 1 to 2p. At that rate it will be £2 by Christmas. Everyone will need to send each other petrol vouchers as presents. It will be the only way to provide fuel for your car.
