She has designed and delivered technical training and been instrumental in the design and set-up of graduate mentoring schemes. She also has experience of working in the voluntary sector.

Helen is a qualified coach and a qualified counsellor, holding a diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and an Advanced Professional Diploma in Coaching. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and abides by their Code of Ethics and Guidelines for Ethical Practice (respectively).

The Results Agency's holistic approach has grown out of Helen's professional experience of developing people, and personal experience of working for large organisations, and of trying to balance the demands of being a mother with the demands of setting up a business.
