On a recent visit to the Cringletie House Hotel, Peebles, I was pleasantly surprised by the exquisite surroundings and decor of the building all credited to a recent refurbishment which was completed in June 2004. It has a homely atmosphere which welcomes its visitors no matter what time of the day.
