Many of Scotland's inhabitants live in rural areas and rely on the well known organisation of the Post Office to supply many different services, it dismays me that some of these services will be lost due to the organisation pulling in its' belt. What about the customer service which adverts proudly claim exist? Looks like customers are the last concern of many companies all following the same route. Does this mean that in the future, unless you have a PC with access to the Internet, you cannot communicate with anyone? Name and address given |

I recently visited my HBOS branch to lodge a Bank of Scotland cheque in my Halifax pass book acount. I was absolutely taken aback when told it would take seven days before I had access to the funds. If I had taken this cheque to another bank it would have taken three days. Who said the merger was the best move for its' customers? Name and address given |
