We help you create a learning, adaptive organisation
which can meet the needs of ever more demanding customers and compete
effectively in the fast changing global market place.
International competition and technological change
are sweeping away organisations too slow to respond. We recognise
that success today depends upon a high degree of market orientation,
robust and reliable processes, flexibility, and a high quality and
effective workforce. The foundation for creating a successful, sustainable
future is having a clear understanding of what the customers need,
both now and in the future.
Icaem Insight has worked in Europe and the USA
since 1988 with multinationals, SMEs and professional partnerships
helping them to develop their strategies and increase their competitive
advantage. Working with the Top Team, we then help them to deploy
and implement these strategies, enabling them to improve performance
and sustain growth.
We have a strategic alliance in place with The
Allison Group of New York, collaborating on projects that lead the
way in applying the theories coming from complexity science and
chaos theory to develop competitive advantage and profitability.
These include Dynamic Decision Modeling and Real Time Feedback projects
with organisations as diverse as Hewlett Packard and the US Marines.
The organisational development model Icaem uses
is based on Peter Senge's vision of creating a “Learning Organisation”
that can adapt and shape itself to meet the demands of the market
place through the disciplines of building shared vision, understanding
mental models of self and others, being open to team and individual
learning, and understanding the systems loops that create and perpetuate
the culture of the organisation – how it does what it does.
Prior to 1989, Managing Director Sheila Browning
held management roles in a variety of blue chip companies, including
8 years with Hewlett Packard. This enables her to bring added value
to her clients. She also has experience of the issues faced by entrepreneurs,
having set up and run SMEs of her own. Sheila is a member of The
International Society for Professional Innovation Management and
is Coordinator of the Scottish fractal of the Society of Organisational
Learning (see www.solonline.org).
She is also a professional engineer, a licensed
NLP Practitioner, and is accredited to carry out Insights Discovery
Personal and Team Development psychometric profiling.
