"Hyndberry Ltd "

Catriona Staddon set up a company called Hyndberry Ltd in the Autumn of 2008. The company name, Hyndberry, is an old Scots word for raspberry - so named, apparently, because the deer love to eat them. We chose the name to show our appreciation of what is arguably the epitome of Scottish seasonal produce! Her intention is to provide quality food for that special ocassion or corporate event. Her new venture had to combine Catriona's passion for fine seasonal Scottish produce with sharing the pleasure of cooking and eating these wonderful ingredients.

The aims of the business are simple - to take the best local ingredients and cook to order for private functions, business events, ready meals and individual requests, to teach cooking skills, and to give excellent customer service. Based fifteen miles west of Edinburgh, the company provides its services throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians. Cookery lessons, making the most of your own utensils and equipment, include demonstrations and plenty of hands on practical work, and may be tailored to cover particular areas of interest.

The Company also offers a range of ready made meals.

Why not hire a catering company that uses fresh Scottish produce? For more information please visit her website www.hyndberry.co.uk
